WRAP 2.2 Release Notes

WRAP 2.2 Release focuses on improved user story (use case) tracking and enhanced user experience by adding usability related features and resolving defects.

WRAP 2.2 Key Highlights

• Cases page - Enhanced tracking of use cases by providing new metrics and roll up of status. Improved usability of Cases page by providing drill through on new metrics.

1. Use case status of a case is now rolled up automatically based on status of its tasks and child use cases.
2. Use case Blocked status is rolled up automatically based on blocked status of its tasks and child use cases.
3. User can now view many new metrics on the Cases page - Total Estimated Hours, Todo Hours, Total Child Cases, Total Comments and Total Attachments. Clicking on Total Child Cases, Total Tasks, Total Defects in the grid allow user to view relevant tabs for the use case directly from Cases page. Clicking on Total Comments and Total Attachments in the grid allow user to add and view comments and files respectively.
4. Added 2 new Total metrics on top section -Total Estimated Hours and Total Todo Hours. 'Total Estimated Hours' metric displays combined estimated hours of tasks and defects of all the use cases displayed on the page. 'Total Todo Hours' metric displays combined Todo hours of tasks and defects of all the use cases displayed on the page.
5. User can now track use cases for a specific Release using Release filter in the Filter area.

Defects Resolved

• Sorting on '% complete' field on Iterations page now woks properly.
• Correct values for Totals Metrics by Status and by Hours are now displayed on Release-Defect page.
• Release drop-down now displays current and future Releases throughout the product.
• User is now allowed to add new participants for active and future iterations only.
• My Dashboard - Added 'Id' for tasks and defects in 3 widgets - My Blocked Work Items, My Open Tasks and My Open Defects. Applied sorting on 'Due Date' to display Items coming due sooner first. (364)
• Manager Dashboard - Added 'Id' for tasks and defects in Blocked Work Items widget. Applied sorting on 'Due Date' to display Items coming due sooner first.
• When editing Task Detail and Defect Detail pages, user can go to Comments and Attachments tabs only after changes are saved on Detail tab.
• User can now schedule only active and future iterations in a release on Release-Iteration page.
• Backlog page - Drill down on backlog items (Cases and Defects) are added. Upon clicking an item, Case or Defect Detail page is displayed.
• Backlog page - Clicking on 'Export to Excel' link now shows excel report of all backlog items.
• Update My Hours page now displays Blocked icon next to an item status.
